Of a friends car..."Sounds like a Dalek having a wk in a dustbin"
And another friend, about to have his 'horoscope read'..."By the time I've finished with him, he won't know whether his ahole's been drilled, bored or countersunk" Best said in a broad geordie accent.
A guy I served my time used to say punched, bored or broached. And another friend, about to have his 'horoscope read'..."By the time I've finished with him, he won't know whether his ahole's been drilled, bored or countersunk" Best said in a broad geordie accent.
A favourite of mine is she had p??s flaps like ghost train doors.
A chap I used to work with who has now died used to use the phrase " He's as bent as a Toc H lamp" . It tickled me the first time I heard him use it even though I had no idea what Toc H was. I had to google it to understand the context. I've started using the phrase and still do, although most people don't understand it. To me it's just a funny turn of phrase.
