My 4 bedroom house with 4 acres of land is Band A apparently
When I got my first bill when I moved in 10 years ago I rang them and said "This is way wrong"
They said "If I think it's to high I can appeal"
I said "No it's too low"
They said "Arn't you luck then, bye"
