I would of done had the tossers not left a "bin police" sticker on my recycle wheelie bin saying that it contained plastics and that it was being recorded as an "official warning", I'd guess it was something like a random drinks bottle had been put in the wrong bin by mistake but we're hardly habitual "offenders" so sod 'em
