100 press ups, in as many sets as you need to get to 100.
100 pull ups on door frame (assisted if necessary using a chair to partially hold your weight), in as many sets as you need to get to 100.
100 hand-stand press ups against a wall, in as many sets as you need to get to 100.
You should be done by 10pm and will collapse into bed thus negating the need to think up stuff to do.
I'm going to have a go at that, I'll report back when done!100 pull ups on door frame (assisted if necessary using a chair to partially hold your weight), in as many sets as you need to get to 100.

How does your body feel, anyway? Ready for tomorrow?

Body is fine . Shoulder is bloody sore, but that always happens as I dislocated it a few years ago. Been out for a 4 mile walk as well, and I'm not knackered yet!
Went to reading services for a large costa latte
Went to the porche dealership in reading for a nose
Then went to the wind turbine in green park
Then the lock on the thames by the oracle
Then hit a dear on the way home when the police were behind me, luckily car is fine (only tapped it but it scared the life out of me) and the police went off to chase the dear?
One random night!

My night has consisted of...
5pm - fine beer & whisky chasers
7pm - Steak at wife's parents
10.30pm(ish) - Brahma beer and MOTD
Midnight - Home and American Pie The Wedding + more Brahma.
Missus in bed, cat curled up next to me and snoring, really nice end/start to the year!
Had the TVR out earlier as well, bit of a faff at the end but temporarily sorted

Walking up to the wall with my head higher than my feet isn't the problem, it's getting ti the other way round that the problems start.
What... standing on your feet? Ok, do what ever it takes to get upside down. Failing that, try inverted by just having your backside in the air. It's not quite as difficult but still useful. (Not sure what it's called, though.)
