Reminds me of a message box I encountered upon clicking "Cancel" in a Windows application one time. It popped up asking if I was sure and offering the choices "OK" and "Cancel", with "OK" meaning confirm the cancel and "Cancel" meaning cancel the cancel (as in don't cancel).
