Reminds me of a message box I encountered upon clicking "Cancel" in a Windows application one time. It popped up asking if I was sure and offering the choices "OK" and "Cancel", with "OK" meaning confirm the cancel and "Cancel" meaning cancel the cancel (as in don't cancel). Bullett said:
We've all at one time or another had the email from support saying that the email system is down?
Good to know....
Had this before years ago when on the hell desk, user rings in advising they haven't had a call back to their support request, I ask for their support ref, nope they don't have one, get their uesrname, check, nothing under that, I ask when they reported the issue, they advise it was yesterday, ok well I'll raise a fresh ticket, whats the issue I ask...Good to know....
User: "My email is not working, that's what I emailed yesterday to raise with you!"
Me: "........."
Me: "I...urgh...ah....errrr..... did you say you emailed to say your email wasn't working"
User: "yeeessss.................. oh.............st...........your going to tell everyone there about this aren't you?"
Me: "It's already in the team chat...."
