As I am getting advice on the wife's cooking, I thought I'd ask you guys about another issue.

On two fingers on my right hand my knuckles have got hard lumps on them ( under skin ). Started with middle finger and is now on two.

When I wake in the morning, they are stiff and I need to flex my hand a few times and then they are fine for the day.

If I knock them, they hurt like hell.

Any ideas?

It's a curse.

Now listen carefully. What you need to do in order to live is immediately send me your address details, as well as information on when you're going to be out. I will come round, and use my witchdoctor skills to heal you, using your wife as the medium.

Domestic violence isn't cool, even on a forum largely populated by men.

Dont forget tendon Xanthomas. Have you checked your cholesterol?

Most GPs dont earn anywhere near 100k. This is a lie spread by Nulab.

COI: Not a GP.

In that case you have a touch of Osteoarthritis, that's your diagnosis.
