I've never been in the position where I could give definite evidence of this - usually when you've taken GTN, it's the last thing on your mind.

However... I've been reliably informed by the paramedic lady who took me to hospital that it's one of the side effects if you're in the right mood, so to speak.

If you think about it - it would, wouldn't it, due to the way it works.
