Help: have beginning of cold off to Rome tomorrow

Basically as title. I've got a blocked nose, bit of a cough and generally not feeling good. My questions is: What are the best pills/medicines I can buy at the airport to minimise my symtoms? I've had this for a couple days but it's my sinuses have been slowly getting worse today. Any advice is welcome. I don't really feel like going but it's all paid for

I swear by Nurofen Cold and Flu. Take 2 tablets as advised for your initial dose and in half an hour it will feel like you've no symptons at all! They containe caffeine so dont take any before going to bed as they'll keep you awake.

Thanks chap. Bloody nightmare. Obviously I wouldn't care too much but since what I'm about to see is one of those lifetime experiences, I want to enjoy it and not have a red nose. I'll buy some Nerofen tomorrow while waiting for my flight. Chow

I swear by berocca, night nurse and paracetemol during the day. No cold I've ever had has took more than 2 days to get over the worst with that combo!

Not that anyone cares but I've bought some Benylin - Paracetamol, Caffeine and Phenylephrine.
