Here's a website where you can input how many calories you want to eat and it'll tell you what to eat. The food obviously needs spicing up a bit to add flavour but as long as you're not coating it in butter it's ok. Add some pesto to chicken, for example.

I see what you mean!! "2000" and "5" gave me the blandest meals known to man.

Yeah, but with a little seasoning and some ingenuity you can make dishes based around those ingredients.

AKA add a can of ratatouille laugh

I'm maintaining a healthy weight, so I expect my bowls are smaller than yours biggrin

Always weigh food!

Typical serving size on a cereal box is 30g. That's not what most people eat!
