Supplement-man scorch

Hi, A friend has recommended the above supplement to me to get me down the last few % in body fat terms but after reading a bit about it im torn as to whether the benefits outweigh the cons.

Has anyone here used this or similar before and would you recommend it?

It looks ok, I don't think its good value vs price however and the truth with these things as ever is, if the diet isn't good enough they will make no difference whatsoever. There are only a few drugs that can overcome a diet and none are legal.

I would hazard this will do a far superior job for a lot less money!

Although don't take this as a recommendation as these are very powerful and you need to make sure your health is tip-top before considering any stimulants.

Thanks for the reply to be honest I think I'll change my diet rather than take these stimulants as the side effects aren't particularly pleasant... And I drink 1 or 2 times a week and they say to not take with alchohol
