Throbbing aching kidneys?

Hi Guys and Gals, I was hoping someone could shed some light on this for me. The past couple of days my kidneys have been aching, there not massivly painful just sore, as if they are bruised, the paing is made worse when walking of running. Also I seem to be constantly thirsty, waking up in the middle of the night needing to drink water???. I was drinking at the weekend, but no more that I usually would, and I've never felt like this this after drinking before.

Any info would be great.

Take a urine sample to your GP.

I suffer from a similar issue from time to time. Buy two large bottles of water and drink one before lunch, the other after and the pain may ease - if it does you could be dehydrated. However, best speak to the experts.
