Honestly thought protein ingest with most meals helped reduce spikes due to being difficult to digest ie slowed digestion down.

A re-think maybe, guess protein smoothies mixed with no. 1 anti ox (blueberries) is a good one

I eat avacado with the tuna intake anyway..

Eggs and chicken to solve then.. (which comes first? biggrin)

Avocados! I hope you peel rather than scoop! Most of the goodies are in the dark exterior bit. I used to be an egg fiend, now,not so much. biggrin
I'm actually gonna get some of the indian gooseberry.

A smoothie will be a lot easier to digest than a meat or egg, increasing spikes I'd have thought.
