Don't panic...but the above poster is right, you do need to start demanding more investigations. Preventatve measures (eg correct meds/ diet) are always going to be better than trying treat a problem that has been ignored/ missed.

Exactly, your doctor should know that the medication he/she has you on isn't working by now and be looking into other options.
