I have recently acquired some accu-measure body fat calipers. I've done the one-site test that is on the instructions, plus the three-site test here http://www.free-online-calculator-use.com/body-com...

I'm curious to know how accurate these tests really are - according to the 3 site test i am 6.55% body fat. The one site test had me at 9%.

+/- 6% if I remember correctly.Take your measurements from 4 places if possible:Biceps, triceps, scapula and superiliac crest. You'll need someone to help you.smile

The fat around your waist is the worst kind, and can be indicative of visceral fat percentage. The scales that measure %bf are not very good, calipers are far more accurate when used correctly.
