healing sore tendons

Have had sore tendons(i think)on my inside elbow joint,to the bicep, for quite a few weeks now and it just wont get better.
It hurts doing any sort of 'curling' action and feels weak even if i ignore the pain.

Any suggestions on sorting this out?
I can bench,shoulder press etc,although i have to be careful how i get dumbells in position etc
Deadlifts ok too.

Thing is im supposed to be doing a charity event in June,which im already a bit out of my depth lol,but cant really get stuck in to training.

Should i train my good arm in the meantime??

Sounds like tennis elbow. Rest, ice, anti-inflammatories to relieve the swelling. After that, it's physio to build up the strength again. Try doing reverse arm curls instead of normal arm curls - slightly different muscles.
