31 here and it's definitely been on the up in the last couple of years. Sub 25 women don't really appeal so much any more as whilst nice enough to look at, don't pique my interest sexually. Whereas an increasing number of forty- and a few well-maintained fifty-somethings certainly do raise the blood pressure downstairs, which is as much about how they look as how they think and talk. As for libido, it seems to come and goes in waves - from total non-interest to days where nothing else will enter my thoughts to the extent of it becoming quite problematic. However, there's always the factor of the "Coolidge Effect" to take into account. No matter how "creative" you get, the same other person is still the same other person. But someone new...

I do fear fifteen years of serious medication can't do it any good.
