Nice one VF..The above is good advice.
I too had problems keeping myself against the wall but the body adapts quickly.

i should add the caveat that if anyone tries those steps and falls over, don't blame me.I too had problems keeping myself against the wall but the body adapts quickly.

and to stop myself pooing.
That cracked me up.
Glad nobody was watching me just then, that sort of silly embarrassed laughing when you can't stop.
my living room looked like a cross between an angel delight version of a bukkakke party and a dirty protest by german fetishists.

Me too! Tried getting in position a couple of years back when the wall was matted. No chance!
I doubt that I'll ever be light/strong enough to do one. at one time I could seated press my bodyweight and more but still wouldn't have been able to do a handstand push up I think.
In my thread you said you couldn't shoulder press a lot! You are contradicting yourself now I doubt that I'll ever be light/strong enough to do one. at one time I could seated press my bodyweight and more but still wouldn't have been able to do a handstand push up I think.

You mentioned iirc something like 125lb dumbbells which I think Meatball or Viper were using? I wasn't. My bodyweight has changed up and down over the years as have my lifts (still way more than you no doubt).
If you have ever anything useful to add do remember to pop back in, tt.

Oh, and what thread of yours would that be - given your two listed posts don't relate to this? Banned and logged in under a new name? Why not sod off back to posting on YouTube, you fit in better there.ApexJimi said:
Totally psyched!
Managed 3 reps tonight, not quite full rom as I'm struggling with the technique, but I'm pretty chuffed!

Excellent stuff. Ive been practicing getting my feet up to the wall without a thud and without having to headstand first. Seems the trick is to do one leg first, using the other as a counterbalance until the first is in cntact with the wall, then follow it. Doing sets of twenty atm with pretty long gaps inbetween.Managed 3 reps tonight, not quite full rom as I'm struggling with the technique, but I'm pretty chuffed!
