I'm the opposite, I can make the move to vertical in controlled movement - slow almost, in that my feet end up just gently touching the wall. The actual pressing movement when vertical, I find much less natural, oddly enough.

footnote: been doing these a couple of days now and find i'm getting a bit of motion sickness and head pains from overdoing them!

been doing them quite a bit. altogether yesterday i must have done 80+ over the coure of the day and was heading that way today until i started feeling like i was on a cross channel ferry.

Dude, are you balancing it out with other stuff?

ie pullups, normal pressups, squats etc?

normally, yes although i have to admit currently the novelty of being abl to do these hasnt worn off yet so i may be biasing a little towards them :/

Maybe work in some rest days?

That would probably improve your performance anyways.

told myself to do at least three sets of twenty per day. going to have a day off tomorrow i think.

It is a great achievement.However if you can do eighty then it's too easy.Remember you're not doing a full range of motion lift.Try and progress to doing them between chairs or on bricks etc..they get a lot harder. smile

That sounds like a good next step, as soon as my eyes stop bleeding.

Typically atm i can knock the first set out up to twenty, usually first thing. I'm doing a couple more sets over the course of the day atm, so let's say sixty for consistency.

Im not sure how id get into position on something like bricks or chairs tho.

Probably down to increased blood pressure in the head. I am not a fan of being upside down and nature dictates that is probably why!
