My balance isnt that good, i need the wall for stability.

Ive only been able to do them for a few days!

I think it's something to work for if you are so inclined. I've decided to try to get muscle ups and front levers nailed. Not entirely sure I'll manage but training for them is going to be generally useful, anyway.

To expand, practising front levers works the core and triceps.

Not sure i know what front levers are. They when you hold on parellels and lift your legs to a right angle?

Wow, those are bloody impressive. Think i'm a long way off those. Might try my hand at planches next tho.
