I did recently read something about scientists not fully understanding the body's retention of mercury, and that recent research has shown that mercury from fish is not retained as much as (or in the same way) as from other sources.

I saw the Louis Theroux documentary and alzheimer's does not look fun :/

I work with it 5/7 and not too many signs of madness.....apart from loving cars too much, buying watches and addiction to indoor rowing! Do no probs really.
BTW.... take selenium tablets which assist exretion of Hg.

Ha ha not laughing at you, i'm the same as you the gym I worked at in 2004 we consumed noodles and tuna daily (with BBQ sauce!) i'm still the same, my sports nutrition for endurance events from that year and including a 24hr mountain bike race in Jan 12 was noodles and tuna ha ha, and in theory it should be high carbohydrates and not protein.

I went to the TT in 2007 and most of the lads I went with now are noodles, tuna and BBQ sauce addicts. But yes there is supposed to be some element in truth about mercury posioning, i'm not glowing yet.

Have you tried soup and a tin of tuna? My GF couldn't believe it when she see that one.
Soup and tuna....no not tried that ha ha but will give it a try. I annoyed the missus over the weekend by adding a tin to spag bol. hehe
