Options when losing hair?

Always shaved my head with a razor and only recently realised that I had a bald patch after a few days of not shaving. Long considered laser removal so as not to bother with a razor everyday, but the feeling after a shave is very refreshing and affirming.

I saw a company on a news item a few weeks ago however that had an interesting solution. I thought it might be of interest to those who don't wish to go completely bald, or for those who don't feel they suit the bald look. They basically tattoo your head with a specially developed ink, it looks very decent and they've had a lot of coverage recently. Sent them an email, got a quote which wasn't too bad (around US$2k) and the sales service was very good, not pushy at all and offered to call and talk about the same-day process. Pics and vids on the link below.

If anyone has had laser hair removal on their scalp and has any good recommendations, give me a shout as I would like a few options.

It'll look completely rubbish at all but a very limited set of hair lengths. If you're happy shaved close I'd just leave it unless it really upsets you, when hair transplants might be an option.

There are more than a few of them that didn't listen to instruction Looked miserable before and equally miserable after. I assume the solution to fading would be to redo it, surely?

Going with the laser once I find one with high recommendations.

I have looked at some of the pics now, some of them look really good, some do not.
The bad thing is that when the ink ages it'll go green and you'll look like you've got mould?

My hair went thin on top and I started shaved my head with hair clippers weekly.

Having no hair doesn't bother me in the slightest. It's certainly less hassle than worrying about coiffure.

I can't understand why so many men have such an issue with hair loss/baldness.

My hair has just started thinning at the front, enough so that if I grow it I have a noticeable receding to the sides.

Simple solution = clippers with no attachment, I just need to get some Sun as I am bloody pale !

Not flabby enough & even dartists have some dignity.


As always, very much fool & wallet freedom relationship. Somewhat better to have looks/money/personality/power etc than have some ever so slightly ridiculous ink in your head.
