I need your help in recommending me a work out to do at home. I'm not a member of gym, and I cannot join one as there is not one in my area (I live in the countryside somewhere in Central Europe)

So some information which might help:

- I weigh 16 stone, height 6 ft 2
- I want to weigh 13.5 stone (although i'd be happy with 14)

I have access to: weights, bench, punch bag, skipping rope, static cycle and a mountain bike.

I cant run long distance because of various injuries, but I can run short distances.

Ideally I would like a program which would last an hour and burn between 600-800 cals (I used to burn this on my road bike in an hour, if not more)

So, what recommend you?

TIA

ET.

Just go out on your mountain bike and enjoy the countryside. If all you want to do is lose weight then cardio is better than weights, and riding a bike is very low impact if you don't try riding down hills at 50mph.

It's a bit P90X/Insanity but free. You could pay for the extras but the core lessons are completely free.

I've been receiving his emails for a fortnight. His advice seems sound. It's largely based on HIIT. I've taken some of his ideas and updated my current training schedule as the aim of the programme matches my goals.
