I'd not take any tablets for fat loss as I think it's easy enough to sort out diet to get rid of fat. Stimulants such as eph and caffeine do interest me for pre-work out though.

Just to expand on my above post, I would say that 'fat burning tablets' are generally difficult to take due to the sheer impracticality of the side effects.

Losing weight is great but not when you spend your days sweating through your work shirt, having headaches, feeling too hot, feeling dehydrated and unable to sleep at nights!

You kind of tire of them very quickly.,.
This exactly - I'm fully addicted to coffee but once starting these I didnt want anywhere near the stuff.

This'll sound silly written down, but I dreaded talking to people at work after taking them incase I was a jittery blabbering mess. Think about drinkng a couple strong coffee's on an empty stomach and you're there.

You've obviously got a extremely low tolerance to stimulants, some folk have and for these folk stimulants of any type aren't worth taking.

Although rather unscientifically from my own experience you're in the minority.
I can only speak for myself, but stuff like caffeine/sugar doesn't really have any great effect on me. I can cheerfully drink a Red Bull or Rockstar and not feel much different, same goes for coffee and chocolate, it just doesn't do much for me.

The weight loss tablets were a totally different thing for me. I was wired, hyper, hot, sweating... You get the idea!

Yeah I am naturally quite sensitive to caffeine, but as a hardened coffee drinking office worker (years of practice ; ) these things blew my head off!

Seriously, they're not to be underestimated.

F*ck, for the sake of £25 give them a shot and let us know how you get on? ; )

Maybe I should just be pleased that I get so much 'bang for my buck' out of them smile

I have just dropped from 108kg a month ago to 100kg. I have seriously reduced my food intake in the past week. I have literally 1000-1500 cals a day (for the past week or so).

If you just rely on diet and cardio-based exercise you will simply become 'skinny-fat' ......
I'm struggling to find a definition for this phrase...internet-myth aside might you explain what you mean?

Are you saying that all muscular runners do weights or you can't rely on a balanced diet and cardio for weight control?

Luke.

Seriously??

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=123...

Read a few post down and a 16 yr old is claiming to lost a load of weight and gained muscle etc from using EYA I think instead of ECA ...

No photos so no idea if it is correct but he seems like he knows what he is talking about. Just sounds a bit crazy to me.
