Not personally, but according to other forums I'm on they are having a hell of a lot of problems!

Is this a recent thing?

Placed an order on 03/07, a week later, order status still at "in process" so I raised a ticket and they responded (12/07) saying the parcel is now in a van for delivery.

Still zero sign of it, and raised another ticket last week which has yet to be answered.

(sigh)

Is this myprotein.co.uk? I've never had a problem with them but not ordered anything for a few months. I noticed TV ads recently - maybe getting snowed under? Shame if it is, I've always liked them.

Yeah from what I've read it seems they have expanded pretty rapidly recently and customer service is suffering because of it.

last order they sent banana true whey instead of vanilla, no response to emails frown quite liked it in the end so no biggy, but still poor on their part.

ordered from the french side again this morn, says its been dispatched already eek this is equally unnerving for france smile

20% off true whey until 24th I think.

I've never found a problem with them. Order stuff every month and no issues. Quick turnover.

To be fair, this is my second order - my first order was completed with no problems whatsoever.

Stopped using them over a year ago due to the consistently awful service that I was receiving. Shame as they had a decent range of products.

I've had good results from myprotein.
I orderd around 3kg of whey and heard no sign of it in a week.

It turns out they shipped my order using myhermes which is one of the worst courier known to man.
I sent them an email and got a reply within 12 hours and they sent me another 3kg of whey as the courier told them it had got lost in transit.

2 days later both deliveries come. sigh lol

ordered about £70 worth of stuff a year ago. did not get a confirmation ordered etc, but ccard was charged. Emails not answered, but eventually spoke to someone who said my ordered was stuck in cyberspace. managed to cancel order and got refund. that was enough to put me off.

I've always had great service but have seen some suggest otherwise on the forums over the past few years. I suspect on the whole all is fine but with any large company its reasonable to consider not everyone will have a good service or be happy.

I know they changed delivery companies but changed back about 6 months ago when the 3rd party companies let them down.

I still use them often but I'm aware any company doing a lot of deliveries will inevitably come unstuck relatively often.

The folk who are possibly the best at customer services (Apple) failed on one of my orders but it hasn't stopped me from using them, just a fact of life that when you have a large operation some orders/deliveries will go wrong from time to time.

Great service from them over about 10 orders. They are based in the next town so that might explain the promptness of the delivery.

The only slight niggle was on my last order - it qualified for next day delivery but arrived the day after.

Just to update this, I got an email yesterday confirming my order has been dispatched. I got an email two weeks ago saying the same thing, so I'm not holding my breath.

Shame really, they've got some good products but based on this experience, I don't think I'll be using them again frown

Have you considered that the build up to the olympics might be the busiest time they've experienced as a company? Be it supplying athletes or supplying the people who have taken the olympics as a push to finally get fit?

I'd give them a go after the olympics and see how you get on

That's actually a good point Danny, I didn't consider that. Although, doing some digging, it does appear there has been delivery & communications issues in the past too.

Assuming this actually turns up, I'll give them another shot.

I need to order some tablets etc from them next week so we will see how long they take. Never had an issue in the past.
