You weight train/bodybuild and find you've left your healthy snacks at home. You've traind intensely the night before so having no protein/carbs isn't an option.

What fast food outlet meal would you have?

Creat-Your-Own pizza (Dominos) - you can decide (roughly!) how much protein and carb and how little fat to have in the combination of base, sauce and toppings.

Local kebab place.

Chicken kebab, extra pitta, only lettuce, sweet chilli sauce from the cupboard at home.

So a takeaway, but not dirty or overly unhealthy.
