What training are you doing/have you done today? Vol.2
Discussion
Training going awesome at the moment, a 156kg bench press set the tone early last week, followed by really strong rides on the bike including a time trial win on Zwift mid week. Then Friday, Saturday and Sunday, big sessions at the gym. Slightly modified my back training - I no longer do pull ups at the gym, 800 a week plus for the last 3 months is enough I think, for now, so I just do heavy rows instead. My back has got a very pleasing thickness and separation - I think I actually look way bigger than most guys 15 - 20kg heavier than me. All good.
Great stuff, Marcus.
Painful Monday workout in packed gym. Full of 'bodybuilders' with 2 hour chest workouts and a 80kg stty ROM bench press.
Squat: 8 x 102.5kg, 5 x 112.5kg, 3 x 122.5kg
Bench: 8 x 90kg, 5 x 100kg, 3 x 105kg
S/S with DB rows: 4 x 8 @ 30,32,38,42kg
Resisted press ups & ab stuff to finish.

Cable preacher: rest pause failure (RPF)
Hammer Curls: 30kg's RPF
Calf press, single leg: 100kg RPF
Squat: 180kg x 10
GHR: RPF
Ham curls, single leg: RPF
Decent. Tentative squatting with wraps, to ease back in to it. Was easy, but didn't get carried away, so stopped at 10. Eating lots and lots, weight is creeping up, just watching I don't put on too much fat...... www.instagram.com/p/Bbd3fgHDUEP/?hl

Anyone recommend a quality Egg white. Ive been using a lot lately and the 'Two Chicks' supermarket ones are a bit small at 500 ml and a bit expensive £3. Ive seen it at various online sellers but ideally want to be as certain s i can be that it is decent stuff.
I typically scramble it with 1 whole egg to give it some colour/flavour. TIA

Most of what I buy, food-wise, comes from Musclefood. I know they do egg whites. I have never bought them, though, so not sure of the pricing.I typically scramble it with 1 whole egg to give it some colour/flavour. TIA

I just separate them, buy the xl eggs get a lot of white from one egg. Must be a lot cheaper and takes seconds.I typically scramble it with 1 whole egg to give it some colour/flavour. TIA
