Get smaller dinner plates. (Or use side plates - be careful though some side plates are as big as the central part of dinner plates - very deceptive - 16.5cm diameter is good). If you aren't sure about portion size that will decide it for you. You'll think the portions are tiny but you'll probably find its a perfectly adequate amount of food.

I rarely eat in the mornings anyway. Natural IF I guess . This past week I tried proper 18 hr fasts and boy what a difference. First meal at 5pm second and third at 8. The fat really does just melt away. Calories unchanged.
