So what's going on in my head? Recently I seem to have run out of steam! I'm 48, worked 6 day weeks for 32 years and have always had plenty of energy. But over the last fortnight I've found myself incapable of arranging for work to be done, getting a back log of estimates to get out & generally just going blank in my head. I feel there's pressure behind my eyes & on the bridge of my nose. I could easily take a nap or two during the day if I allowed myself to. This is all very unusual & feels like I've just hit a mental wall! So what's that all about?

Mental / physical fatigue can be a multitude of things.

Get yourself to the Dr's and get a blood test to start with to see if something "abnormal" is going on....

You're getting old, slow down a bit wink

BTW I'm sure it works for you but I wouldn't consider working 6 out of 7 days of the week particularly healthy. Stress is a killer and even though you may not be aware of it can manifest itself in many ways. Take a holiday.

Sounds very similar to how I felt earlier this year, turned out to be sinusitis.

Go to the Doctors, explain the symptoms and ask for a blood test.
