Ingrown Hair Removal

I had these three wispy hairs at the base of my neck. One day I decide to pluck them, fk knows why, just boredem. Anyway I now have a massive lump where there were as I assume they have grown back under the skin.

This has been there for a year now and its pissing me off. It isn't infected and doesn't hurt. Its just unsightly and I can help picking it.

So it needs removing, but I have no idea who can do this? I assume a GP wont be interested and I guess I need a private skin bod.

Any ideas, or even better an recommendations either in Milton Keynes or Amersham?

I can't see the nhs not treating it, they'll have seen dozens get infected, so it's preventative

Agree, straight to the GP, once infected they get rather nasty.

I had one just below my jaw line about 10 years ago, which like yours didn't hurt or weep or anything but the lump was annoying & I'd 'play' with it. Went to my GP who referred me to the hospital & ultimately had it removed without issue.

One top tip. Do NOT look for videos of the procedure on Youtube.
