..Please.

Have been diagnosed with slightly high blood pressure so want to keep an eye on it, I know nothing about these except i should get one with a cuff for the upper arm.

Hospitals and GP surgeries use Omron brand. I have one from them and it's done the job well for a very long time.

I've got an Omron M10-IT, seem to be what my local surgery use. My readings are generally consistent with theirs, as far as I can determine. Pretty sure I bought it from Amazon.

I bought an omron m3 just a couple of weeks ago after the nurse doing my medical said my blood pressure was a little high. It appears that when I'm not at work it's significantly better.

Mines an omron, i got the larger cuff

Thanks for these recommendations. Lots of heart trouble in my family and I'm not getting any younger so thought it would be worthwhile in investing in an omron. Have ordered the m3 which should provide a basic indication of my BP.
