Jessica was born this morning alive. 21 weeks in, so perfect in all ways. Unfortunately, at this age , pretty much no chance of survival. We watched and cuddled her for half an hour until life left her.

That's st mate. Having been through the miscarriage process a couple of times I have an idea what you're going through but ours were not as late term as that and your experience sounds awful. Sorry to hear it, give the wife a cuddle and try not to argue over this next few weeks. She'll not just be upset but will have hormones to contend with as well so will be even more emotional than normal.

Don't be afraid to talk to your friends and family and get upset. Don't do what a lot of men do and just keep it all in. Everyone will ask how she is and not ask how you're feeling (my experience anyway).

Chin up, get through it then try again. That's all I can say.

Good luck.
