Anyone changed their opinion of Thor after this ?
I'm just a casual TV viewer like the rest of us, but reading around on some of the fitness forums where people who have some inside knowledge post, it appears there is stuff going on that isn't apparent from a highly-edited TV show (for example Eddie is very close to the event organisers).

It wasn't just Thor who was upset at the 2017 judging - I believe Shaw was unhappy about certain things as well (not sure exactly what, but probably possible to find online).

Either way I'm prepared to cut Thor some slack - the guy got diagnosed with palsy shortly before the event and competed anyway - I know that would be enough to spoil my mood most days. And emotion is only natural in such a competitive environment...these guys literally sacrifice their health and lifespans for the sport. On camera all we see are most losers shrugging their shoulders "oh well, should have done better" - but I bet behind the scenes there's a lot more tears and anger.

What does Thor take a sniff of before a big lift?
