Sainos do them. Look for Gluten free sausages
The best I can find. I am trying to eat more pork mince things and fewer sausages all the same. But I want to eat more stuff that I've made using raw ingredients. I'll be playing around trying to make the best "pork mince fat finger pseudo-burger things" next week.
I'll post the results and recipe then.

I've been having the 'traditional' sausages (pack of 6) from Aldi, <0.5 carbs per sausage.

That’s the spirit! It’s not just carbs, but all the other st that inevitably ends up in prepackaged ‘foods’. But I want to eat more stuff that I've made using raw ingredients. I'll be playing around trying to make the best "pork mince fat finger pseudo-burger things" next week.

I’m now fully switched to 100% whole food ingredients. If someone or something made it, I don’t buy it. Everything I eat is prepared from real foods. Zero exceptions. It’s a bit like nuking the site from orbit...”it’s the only way to be sure”

I've tried to buy sausages with non-wheat filling, but quite often I just have mince/ground meat with my bacon and eggs. Getting interested in the idea of making sausages though. I'm not surprised they were shocked.
A baked potato itself contains about 1.2grams of sugar. ( a single teaspoon contains 4 grams)
If you covered it with 18 sugar cubes as the topping, you'd be close.
just saying.
Yeah, as a visual guide I think it's quite misleading for the vast majority of people who think in terms of carbs is 'sugar' (meaning table sugar).A baked potato itself contains about 1.2grams of sugar. ( a single teaspoon contains 4 grams)
If you covered it with 18 sugar cubes as the topping, you'd be close.
just saying.
