I'm not sure anyone should be recommending anything to anyone.
Yup! I’ve said what’s not sensible, and recommend to read and learn before doing anything.Go in knowing, and not down playing the risks. It’s unhealthy, no two ways about it. But risks can be minimised if you’re smart.

People who take unprescribed roids are either very brave or very stupid but if instagram and the like is anything to go by there is a lot of it going on!
As someone who doesn't use PEDs, even I can see that your statement is grossly erroneous.Sure, you'll get folk diving in at the deep end with no real clue about what they're doing, then you'll also get others who have spent a lot of time researching and understanding the subject and making informed decisions.
As has been mentioned, Jorden Peters is the man to go to for all things drug related, no bs just plain good advice. Have zero problem with people taking drugs, it's your body, however how many folk genuinely reach their physical potential naturally before resorting to drugs, not many I bet

That was exactly my point earlier in this thread, Marcus.Very very few people will genuinely get close to their genetic ceiling, imo.

Yup, if I were advising anyone, I would say become proficient in all the major exercises (like obsessive) likewise diet and recovery, nail all these things for as long as it takes then do your homework.Very very few people will genuinely get close to their genetic ceiling, imo.

I'm on steroids (Well complete testosterone replacement thanks to a brain tumour).
I'm in the hospital every 4 months or so for a fkton of tests and dosage corrections to make sure it doesn't kill me (heart attack, blood clot, stroke etc).
Still, I'm sure that instead if I had just done some research on the net and listened to a random on PH I'd be just as good.

I've not done any cycles but my TRT doctor is very knowledgable on the subject. He has a book which is probably worth a look at...

There are people who take risks, and those that are more risk averse- to compete in bodybuilding, strength sports, or any highly competitive sport where limits are pushed- you’re very likely to be one of the risk takers.
Balance the risk and the rewards. Make your choice, but be wise.
Steroids are safer than many other drugs- it’s just the stigma attached to them. They aren’t risk free. But done sensibly, and monitored- they’re safer than being obese, being sedentary, smoking & drinking.

Agreed, and something many seem to overlook when they throw stones from within their glass houses. Balance the risk and the rewards. Make your choice, but be wise.

I’ve never been on Jordan Peters website but I follow him on Instagram and he knows what he is talking about.
TheJimi if you are serious about taking them it’d do you no harm in going on his website.
I’ve known and worked out with lads who’ve used a lot of stuff. Tren is what I wouldn’t advise to someone, a couple of lads I know it affected them mentally. They had had depression in the past and it seems to play on what kind of person you are. Strength gains go through the roof but is it worth the negatives?
Test/ dianabol or test/ anavar seem to be most advised first courses then I know lads have used test/ tren/ masterin with Dianabol or anavar kickstarts which have got them good size and strength gains over 10 weeks or so.
PCTs are always advised but how many in the real world do it if they know others have recovered (not had any downsides) without doing it? Majority of casual gym goers probably.
Steroids improve the body a lot quicker than doing it naturally. It’s a fact.
They might grow the heart aswell as other muscles but will they do that off one 10 week course? I can’t see it.
A life time of abusing it then possibly yes?

Every steroid has it pros and cons- the more powerful the drug, the bigger the sides, and vice verse. There are many things that people aren’t even aware of - certain drugs can cause long term disfunction in the brain- deca messes with dopamine, equipoise (a ‘weak’ steroid) decreases GABA- these can cause long lasting emotional and mental issues From depression to anxiety- and the people who get them don’t even know the cause.
Know what you’re doing, before you do it. Take the risk of you want the rewards. Some people get no sides, some get all of them.
I’ve had very few- apart from with compounds that are more toxic, which I now avoid.

Why?I've got bloodwork to back up they're legit where I get mine from for TRT dose.
They've been around years with plenty of client feedback to back up how good the stuff is.
Although I wouldn't touch an unknown company without a certificate to back up what's in it.
