Finished up Q4 at 17st 8.5lbs (112.05kgs)
Didn't make it to the target I set but lost 15.9kgs from 21st of August to year end
And found out on the 23rd of December that I have been selected to play rugby for the GB Masters against the Aussies in March
Need to shift another 10kgs by then

I put on 5kg since mid Nov. We lost the MIL very suddenly and it was downhill from there really
Not massively over eating but definitely eating the wrong things for periods - dried fruit, chocolate and crisps mainly.
I am back on the wagon now. Hopefully the first kilo at least will be quick as some of this will be water weight. However it’ll probably be Feb before I catch up with myself again. Bah!
