The best program is one you enjoy.
Having done BWF for the last 6 months or so I’m not sure the progress has been slower for me but that may be because I am far more engaged with this program than anything else I have done previously.
there is something pretty cool about controlling one's body on the bar. I'm along way from that, but seeing fellas in the gym on the frame is pretty amazing..although it's only a small crowd, most can't even pullup decently. Engagement is a big thing. If something, anything, really engages you and you enjoy it, you're far more likely to get good at that thing - and thus, get more out of it.

Yer. Watching the lads on the equipment on Platja de la Barceloneta did it for me. Amazing. Long way off from that.
I move to Toronto next week and there are a few callisthenics parks there so I’m hoping to get a bit more involved with the skills side of things.

It’s humid as fook. I’ve been on holiday in Cyprus. I worked out ever day but man it was hot. Just at 80% was all I could muster. I was the most buff dude there. Jesus the fatties were shocking. I’m on a cut now. 82 kg to 75 in 6 weeks. I have scant discipline lol. We will see DD there may be some week 5 emergency emails coming through lol. I don’t want anymore ‘do 8 hours cardio a day st from you’ I need a new planSquats - 6x12-5 reps

I love that video for two reasons.https://www.instagram.com/p/BjxtRBMhaPP/?utm_sourc...

First, it’s a very nicely grooved lift. It felt smooth and easy because your hip height and back angle were exactly right for your shape. Nailed it.
Second, you’re casually pulling 270 kg while, in the background, there’s the usual assortment of people messing about on phones, bench pressing and doing bad form pull ups. Classic gym scene.

Although I've pulled a (ugly) 350kg, I've never had a deadlift "feel right" up until recently.First, it’s a very nicely grooved lift. It felt smooth and easy because your hip height and back angle were exactly right for your shape. Nailed it.

Taken me 6 years to get a good position
That's a pretty standard scene!
You should see it on a Monday when it's international chest day!
