Ideally I would, but the gym I go to doesn't have very many 1.25kg plates, but loads of 2.5kgs.
You only need 2!

Yesterday I did:

some handstand work
2x5 skin the cats (love these)

3x7 pull ups +5.6kg
3x8 ring dips +5.6kg

3x5 squat 80kg
3x20s ring L Sit

3x10 ring pike pushup
3x6 tuck front lever rows (I, finally, feel like there is progress to be had here)

1km swim in around 20 minutes.

I am taking is V slow with weighted stuff as I don't want tendonitis again.

Current weight is 66kg. I need to eat more.

Who's coaching you Ben?
Dan Hipkiss, currently trains Paul Smith who got to world's strongest man this year.
Also trained Rhianon Lovelace who hit a 4x Bodyweight deadlift.
His knowledge is pretty good!

We start once my diet stops though.

Rehab workout today. Got some rings to do horizontal body rows and quite like them. Kept it all fairly light but then did 1 moderately hard set (miles short of failure but still heavyish).

Loads of face pulls and press ups.
Ring rows: 5 x 8-10
TB deadlifts: 5 x 155kg
Pull ups: 4 x 8; 5 @ 15kg
Landmine presses: 5 x 50kg

I’m going to do easier workouts with lots of rehab and prehab work for a couple of months. Oh well.

I've followed Rhiannan for some time, her strength is unreal.

Pull>

B.B. row: 272.5kg/600lbs x5, 200kg x23
Reverse grip pull down: rpf
Cable row: 3 xF
Bd hammers: 1x F

Rows almost killed me.. huge pbs though. Way more than I’d ever anticipated, reasonably strict too.

Ben, seriously, have you had to buy bigger shirts in the past 24 months?

I've not- I've been bigger before (108kg), but was much fatter, so have clothes for that size. My waist is now close to it's smallest, but arms/Neck/chest & shoulders close to biggest. I really do need new shirts though, I can't button up the last button on any, and if I tensed real hard they'd split down the back laugh

Push>

Dips: +115kg x 3, +60kg x 20
Cable Fly: 3 F
Rear delts/Side delts: 3x F each
Tri push downs: 21's, differing grips x 2

Think that was it. As usual, the heavy stuff at the start, blitzed me. Still, most I've ever dipped, and I did it for 3. +60 for 20 is also a 2 rep PB.

Pushing this week, as I'm off, completely, for a week next week.

Neck injury is really getting me down now - still cannot train hard and feel weak and miserable as well as being in pain (which is actually much less while I train).

Managed a pretty meagre effort today:

Squats: paused 5s and 3s up to 120kg; 5 x 130kg (not paused)
Front squats: 8 x 70kg
Landmine press: 8 x 50kg
Landmine rows: 8 x 80kg (recent PB is 12 reps!)

Ab roll outs and a few frowns and swear words to finish.

It's quite debilitating having neck pain. Easy to twinge in the gym. Until you get a nasty one you don't realise how much you use the neck (not being funny). Driving is the worst. Mine usually abates after a few days. Get well soon smile
