It doesn't take much? ANd the range comes with practise?

His traps are comedy, and not in a good way, imo.

Complete beast tho!

Rest of session was crap, pec still injured from last week from overhead strangely but doesn't hurt on overhead? So plenty of pump work on it.
Hoping to see physio soon for it.
They're push presses tongue out

Anyone else just use facepulls as mobility / accessory work?

I don't bother going heavy on them at all.

Ben away from here for a while!! My training has been pretty boring!

Regular bench and other stuff today, but was messing around with this...

Definitely not the first take

What's people's thoughts on here about compression pants for guys?

I only ask this because i want some base/under layer to put under my jogging bottoms for when i cycle to the gym. And because i wear Hitop converse when lifting I don't really want to have to waste time in the chagning rooms taking off my converse in order to take off any tight legwear, so would wear it with shorts whilst lifting. Given that i'm overweight i'll probably look very stupid in them. so probably means I'm just going to have to wear thicker jogging bottoms or maybe even layer up on them.whilst cycling over there.
