Nice lifting.
Deload week for me, got a max deadlift comp Friday I'm guest lifting at (I think nearest lift will be 60-80kg less and I already have free membership).
Still pulled a very quick 230kg https://www.instagram.com/p/BrOFdvZgVgy/?utm_sourc...
70% of the planned 330kg so looking promising if I can keep everything tight.

5,4,4 - Neutral Grip Pull Ups
8,7,7 - Pike Push Ups
5,5,4 - Hanging Straight Leg Raises
3x8 - Diamond Push Ups
7,6,6 - Elevated Inverted Rows
3x5 - dips with knees raised
3x5 Eccentric Dragon Flags with easier raise
8x - Static Box Jumps from Squat position

Started with deads, but hurt today, so stopped, so that wasted a bunch of time..... Going to add in some direct trap work to make them huge, never trained them directly before.....

Shrugs (paused): 150kg 3x F
High Cable Rows: 3x F
DB Hammer Curls: 30's 3x F

abs at 250lbs sounds pretty cool though Probably only one or two heavy sessions until after xmas now. I've been banned form doing too much because of what happened at xmas last year. A loud snap and complete loss of mobility for a week or two. It was not appreciated at home

Squats are cooler, more manly, and build great strength- but having done them for a looooong time, pretty heavy too- they didn't elicit much leg growth in me, even if I did get stronger. (They did build a strong as hell core) And they began to hurt.....
So I sucked it up, and did the necessary- dropped them in place of something that works better for my aims.

I was a bit rushed for time, hadn't eaten lunch and possibly didn't rest long enough for the 340. Also didn't want to hitch, trying to not in training.
Hoping I can close in on 400 suited next year, ideally 380+ but we'll see in 12 months time!
