The 330 looked easy!
In the scheme of things, 400 isn't far away at all.
It felt great! In the scheme of things, 400 isn't far away at all.
I was a bit rushed for time, hadn't eaten lunch and possibly didn't rest long enough for the 340. Also didn't want to hitch, trying to not in training.
Hoping I can close in on 400 suited next year, ideally 380+ but we'll see in 12 months time!
Two Hands Anyhow.
Anyone here attempted this? It's new to me and looks like a fun challenge - I will be rubbish, but I'm going to give it a go. Make a change from my usual workouts, which I've lost interest in lately.

Offset load overhead? Getting there by sacrificing spinal position? Which will get go pop first - shoulder or lumbar spine?. Anyone here attempted this? You’re a braver (or dumber) man than me to take up that kind of challenge.

Done it, but with two equal kettlebells. Good for variety and as a bit of fun, but not something I'd do regularly or take seriously.Anyone here attempted this? I've been ill- felt like i'd been hit by a truck yesterday- freezing, sweating, joints and muscles aching. Just goosed! Appetite has died too. Pain in the ass....
Still not back to normal today, just not hungry. But I was going to do a mini cut soon to remove a little flab, so I'll use this to my advantage and treat it as a harsh 3-4 day cut. Every cloud.....

you're dying, give up all weights now and just get in your boxStill not back to normal today, just not hungry. But I was going to do a mini cut soon to remove a little flab, so I'll use this to my advantage and treat it as a harsh 3-4 day cut. Every cloud.....
...but before you do. I'm gonna use your push/pull days next year. I like the 3 main lift rotation and always moving forward concept, alongside the DC methodology. I was gonna scroll through the pages here but it doesn't have rests. Can you knock up a push and a pull day for me, with the rotations of the primary lifts too? No deads/hinges on the pull, it's gonna be pure upper, my posterior chain is gonna be hit one day a week on my leg/PSC day. Once that is done you are free to perish, leaving a vascular body.

I'm in Devon 27th to around 2nd Jan but we can arrange something before 7th!
I haven't touched stones in over 2 years
well, originally I was gonna say pre-jan, but the truth is I'm gonna reintroducing more running slowly in the new year and reduce all the leg/glute work I do, so probably anyday in Jan is fine actually. I haven't touched stones in over 2 years
two years? it's a staple of strogman!
I've never touched them, always wanted to at the iron pit, but never got round to it

Send me your Email, and i'll knock you up a split. I tend to rotate 2 main lifts now (push A, pull A, legs A, Push B, Pull B, Legs B)rather than 3, as I found that the 3rd lift was picked just to be a third lift, after a block, i'll swap one out, if I think necessary, which I often don't.
Just push/pull days needed, or legs too?

I did them briefly pre injury and not touched them since!
It's sort of like riding a bike though, you don't really forget and don't lose much strength by not training them.
Some big lifters in here, inspiring for sure!
