Excessively, definitely. I can always feel the point where my elbows have come out a bit too much as my RC starts pinging, but like you say elbows touching sides and it's mostly triceps.Elbow flare - chest

I can tell you I’m over twice his age and I look better and am stronger. Zero respect to a teen doing that.
