Tonight:
Squat 100kg x 12, 3x3@120kg. I’d guess my current 1RM to be about 130.
Leg Press 4x12
Stairclimber - 5 mins (all the time I had left!)

If I manage to get to the gym in the morning I’ll do cardio and core.

Sneakily suggesting that you aren't lifting correctly is his speciality.

Good going, ORD. Brand new forum contributor and your first post to him is suggesting he isn't squatting to depth clap
Nothing sneaky about it.

He presented with a highly unusual squat/deadlift disparity and I pointed out what the cause of that disparity is in the vast vast majority of cases.

Luckily, he’s not a cry baby and took it how it was meant. But feel free to be offended on his behalf.

250 Push Ups, last night

Trying to back on that home routine when I'm not in the gym

My old 5x50 wasn't happening but was happy to grind them out in 30s, 20s & 10s

Dude, you do it all the time. I'd be genuinely surprised if I was the only person to make the observation.

Offended on his behalf? Not really.

Push>

Incline bench: 1x 150kg, 13x 120kg (RPF)
Smith floor press: 110kg x RPF
BHN Smith: 80kg x RPF, 60kg x F
Cable fly: 3 x F
Lat Delt raise: 3 x F
Tri Pushdown: quad drop set
BB Rear delts: 3 x F

This was a great session. As flat bench has gone stale, it's been replaced with incline for the time being.

That’s some pretty awesome pushing! Incline press especially.

Big bench!
I prefer incline over flat...... For obvious reasons laugh
I actually got a stronger bench by doing incline and dumbbell work. Never touched a barbell on flat until I tore my pec but by that point I'd gone from a 180 max to 180 for reps.

Last nights session:
3x5 220kg paused squat PB
5x3 Broad jumps
4x6 reverse lunge with 15kg extra weight (just slowly upping every week)
3x8 single leg press on the pin weight variation
1x500m row, was supposed to be 4 but cramped up badly.
Think I'm going to get Electrolytes for intra workout as it's happening a lot on this particular session, even on 12g of pink salt a day and decent amount of water.

I "enjoyed" my first ever session with a sled yesterday.

High push out, low push back off a minute, so the faster I go, the more rest I get at the end. F me it's hard work.

brilliant timing. I've had some sort of sore throat since Tuesday, missed my gym sessions. Everything ached and couldn't sleep, but this morning it may be on the out, the pain has gone, though swallowing is still not normal, and it feels thick with funk now. But still feel a tad slow in joints/muscles. I'll see how the day goes and how I feel later on.

Thanks Gents!

I actually though the single was pretty poor, but the reps were decent. 180 incline would be good- I think when I get used to it, it'll be there over the coming months. (Then I plan to move back to flat and beat everything previous)

6,5,5 - Assisted Pistol Squats
8,7,7 - Neutral Grip Pull Ups - did the last one, just.
6,6,6 - Diamond Pike Push Ups
5,5,4 - Hanging Bent Leg V Raises
6,6,5 - Uneven Push Ups
6,5,5 - Elevated Inverted Rows - one leg extended
5,5,4 - Dips, forward bent legs
3x5 - Eccentric Dragons - I reckon I'm close to scoring a few proper ones soon. They are brutal though, especially on the upper abs.

Watched some paper thin whippersnapper who must have weighed -40kg doing Muscle Ups today - the bd.

That’s the thing about bodyweight exercises. All the training in the world has nothing on a suicide cut down to teenager weight.
