Went for easy slow jog today, got almost home, realised had dropped car and house keys!! Doubled back same route and found them about as far as I could be from my house, so double run!! Paying for it now.

hehe

I've always used those belts that double up as a hydration unit. It took me two years once before I realised the hydration tube and bag would need washing. frown

A 12.5mile steady run at easy effort today in an ongoing effort to build up my running efficiency without wearing myself out. Very comfortable it was.

I’m not a fan of woman doing that to themselves.

Doing what?

She sets herself goals and smashes them. Seems pretty good to me.

Soooo much boring rehab still.

Kettlebells RDLs: 4 x 10 (24kg bells). Fitness is way down - these were gassing me!

Landmines yesterday with pull ups, new exercise for me, still working on my form, but up to 5 plates already, lots of turbo work too, been taking part in the Tour du Zwift, which has been great fun, placing in the top 5% on most stages, which considering I'm still on the beter - blockers is a minor miracle.

Another jog today, managed not to lose anything except my self respect and my cool at my rather recalcitrant bull mastiff who MUST stop for a pi$$ every 100 yards. Will get down to gym now, placement over for next few weeks so bit of free time
