Strangely at about that level in the South today (south of London). -7 last night and -1.5 the high today. The kids are hoping for a good dump to make snowmen.
We've not had it too bad up here, which is a nice change- the central belt has, but I'm nearer the top. Snow doesn't phase anyone up here anyway Halb said:
So jealous of you with home gyms.
Mine’s absolutely tiny. But it’s got lots of fun stuff in it! One real downside compared to a proper gym is not having multiple bars, benches etc. I can’t superset squats and pull ups because the bar gets in the way of the pull ups (although that’s mainly because I built the squat rack with the pull up bars in the wrong place). Also cannot superset bench and squats without lifting the bench out of the way for each squat set, which is a real hassle.
My food intolerance test came back today.
Gutted is all I can say
Only slight intolerance I have is banana
major intolerance:
-Beef
-Egg white
-Barley/spelt/wheat/durum wheat/rye
-Most cheese
-Gluten
-Milk/soy milk
-Casein
So most of what I eat!
Going to eliminate them once I've finished what's left in the house and see how I feel in general!
No point updating training, low carb phase for a diet plan has killed my strength off

Lifelabtesting.com but bought it through a Groupon style website so got it half price for £125.
Tests 160 different foods for that though which is the full works.
So are you going to stop eating things you like because a test said your intolerant to everything?Tests 160 different foods for that though which is the full works.
Stop worrying about the little things

Cheers. Will take a look, something I've always wanted to get done as suffer from fatigue, with no medical tests ever showing any issues, and always wanted to check if it was food intolerance. Tests 160 different foods for that though which is the full works.
Almost certainly complete rubbish, Ben.
If you are intolerant of that many foods (which I doubt), you should look to fix your gut health and/or supplementation, rather than pursuing some insane exclusion diet. Your body is very unlikely (if otherwise healthy) to be so picky and fragile.

Main reason I took it is the amount of times I st a day and not solid either.
Some days feel worse than others and it's something I've wanted to try when given the opportunity.
It doesn't exclude much and I can work around those foods easily.
As I'm still in my 10 day low carb prep, had cheese burgers for breakfast followed by the toilet.
Chicken and cheese omelettes for lunch, followed by the toilet and twice in between meals and bbq chicken fajita with no toilet issues hah.
While I don't believe it's 100% accurate, I think it has some merit.
Only way to find out is to eliminate what it said and see what happens.
Eating for enjoyment as fun as it is, isn't my priority. I'd much rather hit my goals, enjoy what I eat and not have to have a clenched ahole 24/7

What he means is, although he can lift weights, he's not strong enough to push the door open with the snow behind it
More likely the door or hinges wouldn’t survive it! I’d back Chris over a couple of inches of wood.Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
