Anyone know the best place to get a testosterone (and other relevant bloods) checked by a medic? Also how much does it cost?

I have private healthcare but it has excesses and, I think, needs a GP referral to endocrinology which I think I'm unlikely to get one unless there's more substantial symptoms.
E-Val or medichecks.
E-Val if you speak to Dave Crosland he can also help with TRT if you need it, expect little to no help from the NHS.

380kg stiff bar deadlifts PB yesterday (for a cheap PB laugh )

I think I'm better on a normal bar than a deadlift bar, strangely.
2 weeks time going to attempt 400kg again to leave a gym record for people to chase biggrin

Yesterday, hours road ride, pretty quick , avg nearly 35kph, then usual sea swim which is getting increasingly uncomfortable!

Today 55km on Zwift and swim, thought I was doing well then an old training buddy put up a run on Strava, 21 miles in a fraction over 2hrs, sob.

I trained for years without knowing there were different bars!! My best pull, many moons ago, of 292.5kg totally raw was done with a standard 'stiff' gym bar and I think I like the less whippy bars too! It's not much of an issue now I'm rarely above 140kg but perhaps the notion will take me again... great lift brother man, looked well within your comfort zone

Well done, that's proper toughie.

Training going well, trying to be fairly good with the diet despite numerous functions to navigate, swimming in the sea has been utterly brutal in the last few days, what doesn't kill you..

I can't imagine swimming in the sea at this time of year despite me living 5 minutes away. Fair play and take care.

Yesterday, 40km road ride in freezing conditions, wife came too, 34kph avg, full body workout at the gym and a icy swim in the bay. Today, 65km on Zwift, chest sesh at the gym then a swim actually done in daylight which made a pleasant change, present condition can be described as shredded af strong af.

500m sprint on the concept 2 rower in 1:21.5.
So hard. Made me ill for an hour. Still, puts me #9 on the concept 2 world rankings for my age group! Second attempt at it too

Today, 10 rounds of a circuit that included incline bench, pull downs, and seated press done without rest, fkin brutal, my son and daughter did it too, pair of beasts that they are, then 15 minutes of pull ups and press ups without rest, swim earlier in the day. No fatigue at all in fact feeling fresh as a daisy.

Yesterday, 70km on Zwift, then an full body session at the gym, didn't have any takers to come with me, then a lovely cold sea swim.

Today, short coffee ride with my wife then a chest sesh with the fam at the gym, a quick swim then 65km on Zwift.

Tomorrow is just gonna be a morning swim in the bay with my daughter then eating and drinking for the rest of the day, so have a great day fellow trainers!

Started a 5x5 routine last night.

Have lifted before but not for a while so started with the beginners route to get back into the swing of things and ensure correct form. Even with just the bar my legs felt it coming down the stairs at the gym after...

Training going super well, yesterday Stage 3 of the Tour du Zwift, 28th out of 1500, cv fitness is really good at the moment doing around 400km a week on the bike, swimming is bloody hard at the moment came out the water with blue lips yesterday, today was full body session at the gym, managed a 105kg incline bench which at my present BW is a pr I think.

Today, coffee ride on the bikes with my wife, then a chest sesh at the gym, 100kg on the incline, then heavy ass seated chest press, really really bad hunger knock which is unusual for me, stuffed a fiver in the tin and scoffed 2 salted peanut protein bars, fk they tasted good, then 50km on Zwift and a proper cold sea swim to cool off, super shredded at the mo so really feeling the cold.

I made a start back on the weights yesterday after probably about 10 years of no (serious) weight training.

Used to do a fair bit and shift some decent weight but not surprisingly I was as weak as a kitten. The soreness is coming in already. Still, it's a start though!

been suffering from long COVID for about 6 months.

muscle strength has returned and after so much frustration it can now do what it used to be able to do before I got sick.

went through the 45 minute walk before christmas, passed 90 minutes just after new year and today, the magic returned. I have to knock about five percent off as not heart rate verified but it will do.
