I'd say mainly back of the arm between tricep and elbow mainly.Took my youngest swimming for his first time in the pool today. I only go pools with my kids, so I thought I would try a bit of swimming as I realise I've never actually done a length before.
fk me, I bashed the wall three times, I was overtaken by two geriatrics, and I had to stop after three lengths as my triceps were fking killing me. I was fking panting and everything whilst the woman bearing a startling resemblance to the protagonist from "Murder she wrote", just ripped past me in her blue rinse.
So yeah;
3 x lengths (butterfly stroke)
1 x severely damaged pride

Saturday was 60miles on the turbo trainer (3.5 hours) on the Ironman World Champ full course (112 miles), until my rural internet went down.
Sunday was 20 miles partly around Imola, done at zone 3/4
Mind you, the weekend before was 7.5 solid hours on the turbo, 13,000 feet and twice up and around the Ventoux.
The wife was convinced I was having a breakdown.
