Could be a ligament. I had exactly the sensation you describe on my inner elbows doing bicep curls years a go. I wouldn’t ignore it, just experiment around it.

Yesterday was first session with deadlifts since before Christmas, worked up to three sets of four at 140, all comfortable, going to increase slightly and keep in this rep range for this excercise. Finished with bent rows and pull downs, will be sore tomorrow

Monday: Bench, OHP, supinated EZ curls, pronated EZ curls, chin ups, 4.5k run.
Today: Squats, deadlift, Pendlay row.

Anybody recommend an app for recording weights on an apple phone? I have tried Jefit and fitbod but they do my fking head in.

Thanks both. Went for "Strong", happy so far.

It's nice to have one that isn't asking me my age/weight/height/how many eggs I had for breakfast.

I paid for it for a year I think to get some extra slots but don't pay any more.

I've been using it for maybe 3 years, and haven't bothered to look to find anything else.

'Borrowed' an exercise bike last weekend - done 10k a day so far, which is good for me considering I'm a lazy fat st. (well, not overweight, but a decent beer parcel)

Enjoying it. The main thing for me is boredom. Sounds rather silly, but what do people suggest? TV series, music?

Took my youngest swimming for his first time in the pool today. I only go pools with my kids, so I thought I would try a bit of swimming as I realise I've never actually done a length before.

fk me, I bashed the wall three times, I was overtaken by two geriatrics, and I had to stop after three lengths as my triceps were fking killing me. I was fking panting and everything whilst the woman bearing a startling resemblance to the protagonist from "Murder she wrote", just ripped past me in her blue rinse.

So yeah;

3 x lengths (butterfly stroke)
1 x severely damaged pride

I miss swimming. There is a 50m pool not too far from me now. God knows if it will open this summer however.

Saturday was 60miles on the turbo trainer (3.5 hours) on the Ironman World Champ full course (112 miles), until my rural internet went down.

Sunday was 20 miles partly around Imola, done at zone 3/4

Mind you, the weekend before was 7.5 solid hours on the turbo, 13,000 feet and twice up and around the Ventoux.

The wife was convinced I was having a breakdown.
