Had an OK week diet wise, but little exercise. Working from home on Friday and it was a stressy day, which resulted in several trips to the biscuit barrel as well as breakfast lunch and dinner. So as an incentive to be good at the weekend I thought I'd teach myself a lesson and weigh myself. Lost another 4 lbs. confused

Not a bad week all in, no events or parties to throw things out. Could murder a beer mind, but will refrain for the good of my waistline.

Thanks for keeping the spreadsheet updated, there’s quite a few of us now.
Is the current weight column showing the starting weight though? Or is it my aging, crap, eyes?

Thanks for adding me to the chart.

28/01 - 148lb

A little disappointed with that, wanted to hit the half stone mark.

Turmeric supplement seems to be helping with some of my neuropathy, so hoping to pick up a little exercise over the next couple of weeks.

Oops, I may have had a bottle of wine last night.
And a Terrys Chocolate Orange.
And there may have been pizza.

Salad and water all week it is then....

Not going well, no kitchen at the moment due to building work going on ready for the new one to be fitted in a week so its a whirlwind of takeaways and ready meals.

No booze though yet.

I had a home made take away yesterday. Prawn toast, chicken satay skewers, sticky housing ribs and chicken ramen.

You can't get the first three from a take away here, so quite a bit of effort, but they were really good and surprising healthy. Apart from the pork ribs, they were as much as the rest of the meal put together!

I was surprised after eating all that I had still lost a kilogramme in the last week. If I can keep that up I'll make my target!

Managed 102.2 miles on the bike last week, really feeling the benefit of the exercise. Have the occasional evening struggle where I hanker after something sweet, so have been saving as a treat after a turbo trainer session once I've earned it.

No great surprise that I've put on a bit - the week has included numerous takeaways/meals out and two nights out on the beer. Back to it this week.

Another pound down so I'm happy, considering I slipped up this week and had McDonalds at work...
29/01/18 - 18st 2lb again... not happy at all, I’ve eaten well all month, not had a takeaway other than the one McDonald’s and not drank anything alcoholic either.

Maybe I’m just eating too much even if it’s healthier :-/

Pleased with some progress despite a meal out in the week, slightly annoying I haven't broken the 100kg though!
Lining up a new gym partner as me and a friend have realised we go to the same gym, should help to extend my range of activity in the gym as he can show me some stuff I haven't tried before.

Calorie intake was dreadful over the weekend, and won't have been balanced out by a 3.5 mile run!

Never mind. Anticipating a diddy rise when I step back on the scales on Tuesday evening

About fair this week. Been mixed again, so a slight rise would be expected. Gee'd up for a really solid week now, with more exercise too, as my leg seems to be improving and allowing more running.

Another 1.2kg off at the weigh in this morning.

Keeping up the pace even though the last week has been tough with many meals not being 'diet' friendly

14st 5lb...

Was relieved to get below 14st 6lb having plateued for 10 days despite keeping food on point and exercising hard.
Changed up diet and gone to 16-8 in the hope of kick starting again!
