Any one else struggling with bloating? Eating well, exercising and no booze since Christmas Day (Well until entertaining clients last night) and I although I feel 'good' and i've lost weight i'm really struggling to go to the loo properly!

It's been worse over the last couple of weeks since we switched over to the Tom Kerridge Low Calorie diet. I'm drinking plenty of water / eating fruit but it just feels like i'm holding everything in my stomach

Yes I was for a week or so when first changing my diet to include lots of fruit and veg. I've been taking pro biotic tablets for the last month the now, I don't know if it's those that have stopped it or my body just got used to the extra veg though.

I'm not sure if it fits into your diet - but if your eating (healthy) fats - get some MCT oil... 2 or 3 tablespoons will make you assess toilet route options pretty quick!!!

It's been really stressful at work this week with some fairly major deadlines almost missed thanks to others. We got there in the end but unfortunately I've been giving in to temptation and the gin and tonics have crept back into my evening routine as has the nibbles that go oh so well with alcohol. I have kept up the exercise though so the damage isn't as bad as it could have been.

Up from 74.2 kg last week to 74.5 frown

Don't beat yourself up about it, sounds like my week too.

Get it out the way and move on from it. K found myself dipping into nibbles too, I also had a takeaway pizza last night as I was really hungry and late back from work.

Annoying yes, but overall we'll still be in a better position than we were pre diet.

Yup, have no intention of dwelling on it other than to realise that when work gets stressful I may slip back into bad habits. But I've undone them before and I'll undo them again. I'm off to the gym in an hour or so and then it's going to be a quiet and dry night in to give my liver a rest

I'm quite looking forward to curling up on the sofa and switching off completely for a few hours

126.4kg this week so a tiny loss which is frustrating as I've stuck to my diet 100%. I'll have a cheat meal tonight of chilli and rice with a few little sweet treats then back at it tomorrow. I'm trying to forget about the scale and just make sure I execute the plan and the scale weight will take care of its self in time.

3/2 - 98.4kg

1.6kg loss for me which I’m very happy with, especially pleased with smashing into double figures. Big change in breakfast this week as I’ve stopped having weetabix that I have had everyday for the last 5 years and I’m now having microwave eggs with some chorizo. Seems to have done the job!

Forgot so weigh myself first thing, so today’s was after a 15km run which had probably skewed things a bit.
Will see how things square up next week I guess.

My wife handed me 4 bags of sugar this afternoon while we were shopping and pointed out that was how much I’d lost, which was quite sobering.
(I had to put the sugar back, annoyingly. Out of all the things I’ve given up since new year, sugar in my tea and coffee is the one I miss the most!!)

Tough week last week and I slipped a lot out of convenience, tiredness and not feeling great.

1/1 - 168.7kg
7/1 - 166.3kg
16/1 - 165.9kg
21/1 - 165.3kg
26/1 - 164.0kg
04/2 - 164.8kg

Surprising how quickly things reverse. It's just a blip and am back on the wagon this week.

15st 11 for me this morning. After doing Dry January I had a couple of beers on Friday and pub lunch with friends yesterday so am happy to still be losing.

My midweek weight in had me at 15st, but a poor weekend had reduced the weight loss this week a little. Still, over a stone gone in a month which I am delighted about.

Better week. Still some slips, but I'd give myself a 6/10, especially because when I visit the in-laws, it's always an excuse for us all to get a takeaway, plus there are always biscuits, treats and toast on offer. This time I was slightly more sensible.

Still trying to balance more exercise with healthy eating. I keep catching myself out by doing a workout and then getting really hungry and hoovering anything I see.

Will be away on holiday next week. All food catered. The Smitters 50/50 Sweepstake on the 19th Feb. Will it go up? Will it go down? Place your virtual bets.

Good work, that's a lot of people on he list! In the name of soup, Waitrose have the Covent Garden Soups Half price and I found the Classic Chicken to be delicious! And if you want to make it more filling, just got some roast chicken slices and add them too it too, good protein intake, sod all calories, just try and avoid 8 rounds of buttery toast with it laugh

I've weighed in slightly early this week, as I'm off Snowboarding, which I'm pretty sure the activities of the day won't outweigh the Apres! I'll have my Garmin with HR strap on though, so will be interesting to see! Looking forward to that first beer of 2018 this evening though!

29/01: 97.7kg
05/02: 97.9kg

I'll take a 200g gain for the amount of Pizza and Beer consumed last week! Did have four 6500 Calorie plus days of used energy whilst out boarding for a full day which was more than expected! No real damage done though, back to CrossFit this week!
