Phat Fighters Q1
Discussion
I had the diet equivalent of full toys out of pram yesterday. there were pringles, donuts and chocolate. And you know what, I felt ste at the end of the day. It just made me feel awful, over-full, bloated, headachey. Upside? Shows I've been eating much better food in general to be able to notice the difference.
Don't panic mate - it's been a week of birthdays this week culminating with mine coming up on Saturday so sensible eating has gone a little out the window for me too; I'm fully expecting a small gain at the end of this week and that's OK as long as it's the exception rather than the rule.
A blip is not a trend!

I'm struggling.
I feel ok, but the bad food habits seem to be creeping back in (chocolate / sweet things), not doing as much exercise as I probably need to be.
Time to kick myself up the arse again and crack on.

Had a couple of bad weeks due to a lot going on at work. Stuck at 16st 7lb but no exercise so time to get back on it.

Cheers. A bit of objectivity made me realise it was related to Sunday, when I did a long run, didn't eat enough afterwards, was hungry all Monday as well as tired, but still didn't eat more to recover, so by Tuesday, I was well in the hole. Had a massive salad and loads of healthy calories yesterday and today and hey presto, feeling great. I know there's a lot of anti-calorie-counting stuff in the press, but sometimes it's useful. A blip is not a trend!

As expected really; various birthdays including mine meant treats/cakes etc which I decided to allow myself. I'm actually pleased the gain was so modest. It was also quite good to find I don't really miss them that much; it won't be difficult going back to normal next week.
I would prefer to lose weight than eat cake.

Movement again, had dipped a little more midweek, but the weekend wasn't a great one. Feeling more positive again about moving in the right direction.

Not suprised this one is awry; I had two gala dinners last week so controlling what I ate was quite hard. Also pigged out this weekend - admittedly on "low carb" (ish - Cote D'Boeuf and pork belly in two separate meals). Focus again this week.
