A bad 5 days for me so more than surprised that I once again weigh 101.6kg.
I expected to have gained this week.

Had 2 sessions in the gym today and is also a fast day on the 5:2.
Really going to give myself a kick up the arse this week.

Steady this week, no "bad" days but have been gently upping carb content to see what happens. Not much by all accounts...

I had the diet equivalent of full toys out of pram yesterday. there were pringles, donuts and chocolate. And you know what, I felt ste at the end of the day. It just made me feel awful, over-full, bloated, headachey. Upside? Shows I've been eating much better food in general to be able to notice the difference.

Don't panic mate - it's been a week of birthdays this week culminating with mine coming up on Saturday so sensible eating has gone a little out the window for me too; I'm fully expecting a small gain at the end of this week and that's OK as long as it's the exception rather than the rule.

A blip is not a trend!

I'm struggling.

I feel ok, but the bad food habits seem to be creeping back in (chocolate / sweet things), not doing as much exercise as I probably need to be.

Time to kick myself up the arse again and crack on.
Same here!

Had a couple of bad weeks due to a lot going on at work. Stuck at 16st 7lb but no exercise so time to get back on it.

Cheers. A bit of objectivity made me realise it was related to Sunday, when I did a long run, didn't eat enough afterwards, was hungry all Monday as well as tired, but still didn't eat more to recover, so by Tuesday, I was well in the hole. Had a massive salad and loads of healthy calories yesterday and today and hey presto, feeling great. I know there's a lot of anti-calorie-counting stuff in the press, but sometimes it's useful.

Another kilo gone and oh so close to my target for the quarter. This last 1/2 kg doesn’t stand a chance this week

136lb happy with that as its a dress size down. Another couple of lbs and I should be back in my ski trousers, just got to hope I can actually ski.

As expected really; various birthdays including mine meant treats/cakes etc which I decided to allow myself. I'm actually pleased the gain was so modest. It was also quite good to find I don't really miss them that much; it won't be difficult going back to normal next week.

I would prefer to lose weight than eat cake.

Will reweigh tomorrow as I did a big run late on Sunday and that may well have mucked up where I'm at, but that also feels about right.

Movement again, had dipped a little more midweek, but the weekend wasn't a great one. Feeling more positive again about moving in the right direction.

Not suprised this one is awry; I had two gala dinners last week so controlling what I ate was quite hard. Also pigged out this weekend - admittedly on "low carb" (ish - Cote D'Boeuf and pork belly in two separate meals). Focus again this week.

I've been hitting it hard recently - back on the gym scales this afternoon - 122.5

Seem to be dropping ~0.5kg's a day over the past 5 days or so (1 hour/700 kcal in gym every day and ~1.2k calorie limited intake)
